20 minutes of exercise daily

8 glasses of water daily

Trim away, KLB and EFA (available at our Absolute Wellness store)

Menu each day:

Juice of one lemon and 8oz water upon awakening

Protein shake for breakfast (available in our wellness store) take 2 KLB and 2 EFA

Lunch: leafy green salad with tuna/chicken/egg with balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing and spices – EAT ALL OF THIS YOU WANT (take 2 KLB and 2EFA )

Snack: berries and almonds (handful of each)

Dinner: 6 ounces of grilled chicken or fish and choice of broccoli, green beans, sauteed kale (one cup) take 2 KLB and 2 EFA

Evening snack: small apple, peach or plum
