TWO WEEK DETOXIFY ME – “swim suit melt down”

First thing in the morning for two weeks and at lunch or dinner:- drink one cup of Absolute Detox Tea with a lemon wedge (you may also add stevia). Detoxify Me Tea is a 100% natural way to lose weight, detoxify your body and improve your health.

MENU (Choices for two weeks)

Breakfast:  2 KLB AND 2 EFAS ONE CUP OF DETOX TEA

  1. 2 eggs cooked anyway (boiled, poached or scrambled) with spray oil if needed you may add any allowed vegetables to your eggs. You may also add sugar free salsa or hot sauce    OR
  2. 6 ounces plain greek yogurt (you may sweeten with stevia or truvia) with 1 cup of berries blended with ½ cup sugar free coconut milk for a smoothie                 

LUNCH: 2 KLB 2 EFAS

  1. Large mixed green salad (dark green leafy vegetables are best )with grilled/pan seared fish or chicken (canned tuna/chicken/salmon water packed allowed) may use low carb dressing or 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp of vinegar; salt/pepper and seasonings to taste. OR
  2. Grilled chicken breast or fish with  ALL THE ALLOWED  vegetables you want

Dinner: 2 KLB, 2 EFAS AND ONE CUP OF DETOX TEA

  1. Large amount of meat up to 6 ounces (red meat only 2 times per week) and as much of the allowed vegetables you want. You may have 100 calories of carbohydrates at dinner. (½ sweet potato, ½ cup rice, ¾ cup whole grain pasta, 2 slices half calorie whole grain bread)

Snacks:(choose two snacks per day:

  1. Absolute Protein bar (healthwise) or 1tbs nut butter with apple or celery.
  2. Absolute Protein shake or Absolute Protein hot chocolate (healthwise), sugar free pudding cup, one piece of fruit (NO BANANAS, MELONS, PAPAYA OR MANGO), ¼  cup of almonds, sugar free popsicle, sugar free jello.  
  3. BEDTIME SNACK

Before bed ½ grapefruit or 4 oz no sugar grapefruit juice.

RULES:

Vegetables: You can have all vegetables except for the following: carrots, potatoes, corn, sweet peas, butter beans, black eyed peas, field peas, great northern beans, pinto beans or black beans. All other vegetables are fine. (the more vegetables the BETTER, try for at least  4 cups a day).

Fruits:  1-2 servings daily;  all fruits allowed except for the following: no bananas, melons, papaya or mango.  

Meats: Chicken, fish and lean red meat (twice weekly)

Seasonings: any seasoning you want as long as no sugar is added (READ LABELS)

NOTHING FRIED

Daily Carbohydrates: 100 calories usually taken at dinner (sweet or red potatoes, whole grain pasta or brown rice) Olive/canola oil spray or light dab of butter may be used to pan sear meat or veggies (use sparingly)

FREEBIES: dill pickles, hot sauce, raw veggies (no carrots)

Beverages: Absolute detox tea (twice daily), lemon water, coffee and WATER!! (10 glasses daily)

Needed supplements:  KLB and EFA’s (helps with fat burning process)

DAILY EXERCISE – 30 MINUTES DAILY

Tips that will help: Exercise 30 minutes daily of moderate cardio, make sure you work up a sweat. Weigh in and get your vitamin injections weekly, don’t eat 2 hours before bedtime(except for the grapefruit), and don’t forget your water.
