Beth Crumpler

Beth is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 6 years of nursing experience. She brings a patient-centered approach to every visit and will be assisting our patients with medical weight loss, wellness visits, primary care, sick visits, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

Her passion is helping others reach their health and wellness goals, and we are thrilled to have her step into this role on our team. 💙

When she’s not in the clinic, Beth enjoys time with her husband and their many fur-babies, traveling with friends, exercising, sipping white wine, and anything that involves the lake or beach!
