Votiva® Vaginal Rejuvenation

Votiva® is an advanced radiofrequency treatment that gently delivers therapeutic heat to internal and external vaginal tissue. That heat stimulates new collagen and elastin production, improves circulation, increases tissue elasticity, and strengthens the tissues that support the bladder and vaginal canal.

Her Shot™ Regenerative Therapy
Feminine wellness using your body’s own healing properties
Her Shot™ is our regenerative intimate wellness treatment. A small sample of your blood is collected and processed to create platelet-rich plasma or platelet-rich fibrin, which contains a high concentration of your own natural growth factors.
Those growth factors stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, encourage tissue repair, and restore healthier, more responsive tissue. For select patients, additional regenerative biologic therapies may be incorporated based on individual goals.

What to Expect
Consultation
A confidential conversation about what you are experiencing and what you would like to change. Your provider reviews your health history and recommends Votiva®, Her Shot™, or both.
Your Votiva® treatment
Your provider uses a small handpiece that delivers gentle radiofrequency heat to the targeted internal and external areas. Most women describe the sensation as warm and entirely tolerable. No anesthesia is needed. A session runs about thirty minutes.
Your Her Shot™ treatment
A small amount of blood is drawn and processed in office to concentrate your growth factors, which are then placed into the treatment area. Topical numbing is used for comfort.
Recovery
Neither treatment involves incisions, so there is essentially no downtime. Most patients return to their normal routine the same day. Your provider will give you simple aftercare guidance.
Results
Because both treatments work by stimulating your own collagen, circulation, and tissue repair, results build gradually rather than appearing overnight. Many women notice improvements in comfort and tone within the first few weeks, with continued improvement over the following months.
Am I a Candidate?
Women dealing with dryness, laxity, mild stress leakage, or reduced sensation are often excellent candidates, whether those changes came from childbirth, hormonal shifts, or menopause. You do not have to be menopausal to benefit.
You may be a good candidate if you experience:

When these treatments are not the right fit
These treatments address mild stress urinary incontinence. If your leakage is moderate to severe, or you have pelvic organ prolapse, you may need a urogynecologic evaluation and a different approach. Your provider will tell you that honestly rather than starting a series that will not resolve it.
Treatment is also not appropriate during pregnancy, with an active infection, or with certain conditions your provider will review with you. Her Shot™ specifically is not appropriate for patients with active blood clotting conditions or those requiring ongoing blood thinners.
Pricing
Cost depends on which treatment you choose and how many sessions your plan includes. Votiva® is typically a series of three, and Her Shot™ requires blood processing, so the two are priced differently. Combination plans are quoted together. Your provider will review pricing at your consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Vaginal Rejuvenation
Is this the same as vaginal rejuvenation surgery?
No, and that distinction is the whole point. Surgical procedures like labiaplasty or surgical vaginoplasty involve incisions, anesthesia, and weeks of recovery. Both of our treatments are non-surgical. Votiva® uses radiofrequency energy and Her Shot™ uses your own growth factors, with no cutting and essentially no downtime.
What is the difference between Votiva® and Her Shot™?
Votiva® uses radiofrequency heat to stimulate collagen and strengthen tissue, which makes it particularly good for laxity, tone, and bladder support. Her Shot™ uses your own platelet-rich plasma or fibrin to regenerate tissue, which makes it particularly good for sensation, lubrication, and tissue quality. Many women benefit most from both.
Does it hurt?
Votiva® is described by most patients as comfortably warm rather than painful, and no anesthesia is needed. Her Shot™ involves a blood draw and injection with topical numbing for comfort. Neither is considered a painful procedure.
Will it help with leakage when I laugh or exercise?
For mild stress urinary incontinence, often yes. By stimulating collagen and strengthening the tissues that support the bladder, many women see meaningful improvement across their treatment series. If your leakage is more significant, your provider will discuss whether a urogynecologic evaluation makes sense first.
How many treatments will I need?
